ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package and stay up-to-date on its delivery status.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/CHANGE ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

- If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us or marked undeliverable:

- We will attempt to assist with redelivery, but this is not guaranteed

- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us within 24 hours to request an address update.

IMPORTANT: VIDEO/PHOTO REQUIRED UPON OPENING

If you believe your order arrived with missing or incorrect items, please provide the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • A clear photo or video of the unopened package from all angles, showing the shipping label

  • A video of you opening the package from a sealed state (no cuts or tampering)

This evidence helps us determine the issue and allows us to assist you promptly. Without visual proof, we may be unable to process refunds or replacements.
